Men and women feel thei hair is their reigning glory, their lioness mane that shows the world how and why our eyes are vibant, our step full of bounce and life, our stride confident, the tide with us, and we are on our way. It all shows in how we carry ourselves, and the pride of the herd takes his place as is her right.

And while we so rapsodize, we will introduce this new category, as we have been noticing many articles that do point out how the hair is one of the first to show suffering if we eat hurried meals, skip snacks as we need them, shorten our hours of sleep. Your draggy, unhealthy smoke filled hair will show and scare you if you look too quickly in the mirror in the morning. So, what can we do? We can read on, and stay with us while we screen through many of our existing science findings about how hair is a protein and needs much keratin, which is supplied very much through the B complex, but in many other ways that bring in all so many vitamins and minerals, and too much of some are tixic, B and C are water soluble as are safer others. Flax helps hair growth, so many, we will begn to assemble some of these articles. Luckily, with basketball, a man can look handsome with a smooth dome, but for any of you ladies suffering even times of stress, we hope this series of articles helps. Hair’s to your health! Groan.
